For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, the following services are included with this apartment:

- Bed linen, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, and a starter cleaning kit (1 toilet paper roll, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 cleaning cloth, 1 trash bag, and multi-purpose cleaner).

Please note:
- A security deposit of €800 (via a credit card pre-authorization—no actual charge) will be required prior to your arrival via our partner Swikly's website.

- Keys will be handed over at the agency on your arrival day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.

- The apartment is handed over to you clean; we ask that you return it in the same condition. - The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking policy (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equivalent to 50% of the security deposit.
This amount will be used to deodorize and clean the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
