It is furnished with high-quality furniture and amenities.
Duplex apartment sleeps 10:
- Ground floor:
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size Sofitel Sobed bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with vanity unit
- Separate WC
- A beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining area with a lovely table seating 10.
- A large, cozy living room with a fireplace, large sofas (not sofa beds), and a spacious south-facing balcony. Unobstructed mountain views... Once you're settled by the fire in the evening, you'll never want to leave!
- Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed, storage, and TV.
- A bathroom with a shower, vanity, and towel warmer.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, and storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and towel warmer.
- A separate WC.
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
- A dormitory under the eaves, not recommended for adults, with four single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity.

For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following services:
- Bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 dishcloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.
Please note the following:
- A security deposit of €2000, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's property.
- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5 PM and 7 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9 AM on your departure day.
- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you return it in the same condition.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking policy (cigarettes, shisha, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.
This penalty will be used for cleaning the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
